How do you spot a BARGAIN with 1000’s of on-line deals?

If the Contract Hire Price per month is ‘roughly’ 1% of the Vehicle’s Retail Price then it’s a Bargain!

£10,000 Vehicle for £100.00 pcm -                [1% to 1.5%] =   (£99.99) - (£149.99)

£20,000 Vehicle for £200.00 pcm -                [1% to 1.5%] = (£199.99) - (£299.99) 

£30,000 Vehicle for £300.00 pcm -                [1% to 1.5%] = (£299.99) - (£449.99) 

Formula:

Monthly Price x 100 divide O.T.R Cost = %

Notes:

Considering most vehicles are expected to deprecate by at least the V.A.T element (17.5%) once they’ve been driven off the Dealership forecourt, without  taking into account any usage i.e 10,000 miles per annum the average car must depreciate by more than 1% per month, and that’s without factoring in any interest charges on borrowing.

We believe if the Contract Hire price is between 1 & 1.5% of the total vehicle O.T.R cost then it’s a Contract Hire & Leasing Bargain…!
